Importing a pedigree kitten to Kuwait is straightforward when the paperwork is handled correctly. Kuwait's Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAF) requires that every incoming kitten arrive with an ISO-compliant microchip, an up-to-date rabies vaccination administered at least 21 days before travel, a complete FVRCP vaccination record, and a veterinary health certificate issued within ten days of shipment. An import permit is arranged before departure, and clearance is completed at Kuwait International Airport.
