About the Exotic Persian (Exotic Shorthair)
The Exotic Persian, also called the Exotic Shorthair, was created to give lovers of the Persian look a lower-maintenance alternative. It shares the Persian's characteristic round face, big eyes, and stocky cobby body, but wears a dense, plush coat that is only slightly longer than a standard shorthair. Personality-wise, Exotics are famously calm, quiet, and affectionate lap cats — sometimes nicknamed 'the lazy man's Persian'. They do very well in Gulf homes because grooming is minimal (a comb-through 2–3 times a week) and they prefer cool, air-conditioned interiors. Their brachycephalic face requires attention to eye and nose care. Our Exotic Persian kittens are pedigree-registered with WCF and CFA, health-screened, vaccinated, microchipped, and delivered free across the GCC.
