1. Our Commitment to Every Kitten
Our kittens are living animals we raise and love from day one. Our return and refund policy therefore puts the kitten's welfare first and the buyer's convenience second. A written health guarantee accompanies every sale.
2. 72-Hour Health Guarantee
You have 72 hours from the moment of delivery to have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the vet identifies a serious pre-existing health condition present before delivery, we will, at our discretion: (a) replace the kitten with an equivalent pedigree kitten of the same breed subject to availability, or (b) issue a full refund of the purchase price once the kitten is safely returned in good condition.
3. 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
The kitten is guaranteed against life-threatening genetic conditions (e.g. genetically-confirmed PKD or HCM) for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Remedy is either a replacement kitten or a partial refund, agreed with the breeder in writing.
4. Lifetime Safe-Return Policy
If your circumstances change at any point in the kitten's life and you can no longer care for them, we will take the cat back at no cost. No cat we produced ever ends up in a shelter. This lifetime return does not include a monetary refund after the guarantee period.
5. Deposits & Cancellations
Reservation deposits are non-refundable because they secure the kitten for you and remove them from availability to other buyers. If a reservation is cancelled by us (for example, if we cannot deliver the kitten for health reasons), the deposit is refunded in full.
6. What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for refund: (a) buyer's change of mind after delivery, (b) illness or injury resulting from poor care, neglect, or unsuitable environment, (c) escape or loss of the kitten after delivery, (d) claims made without a licensed veterinary examination within the first 72 hours.
7. How to File a Return or Refund Request
Email info@kittensouq.com or contact us on WhatsApp with: your pedigree certificate number, the delivery date, and (where applicable) the veterinary report. We respond within one business day and agree on next steps.
8. Shipping & Return Costs
Original delivery is free across all six GCC countries. For verified health-related returns, we cover shipping in both directions. For voluntary returns outside our guarantee, the buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and by the applicable GCC customs regulations on pet transport.
